You have to remember they have ‘key stroke capture’ where everything typed on a computer or phone are saved in their servers.
Not only for the elected official or judge but everyone out there. So let’s say a SCOTUS member typed nothing wrong. What about their siblings? Children?

You have no understanding of how the Deep State frames people. Look into the CIA tools revealed by Wikileaks in Vault 7. These people can plant any kind of crud on a person’s computer. Just ask Sharyl Attkisson, who has documented that a 3-letter government agency planted classified documents on her computer. Why do that? So they can put her in Gitmo, no questions asked because it’s about “national security”, if she managed to report on the things she was investigating.
I received threats that pornography would be planted on my husband’s computer when I was investigating something the Deep State didn’t want investigated.
This stuff is real. And it is the reason why we can send decent people to DC and in no time they are as corrupt as the whole stinking place. It doesn’t work to send more fresh meat into the shredder. We HAVE to get rid of the shredder first.
And that is exactly why they are throwing everything including the kitchen sink at Trump. They know that he knows all about the shredder and is committed to smashing it into bits.
Further, everywhere there’s war the US is funding both sides. Why do we send money to Ukraine? So they will keep fighting instead of negotiating peace. Why do we send money to both Israel and to Iran/Hamas? So they will keep fighting instead of somebody finally winning the war and putting the issue to rest for good. Our CIA is the bad guy. It funds all the bad guys, even making up bad guys if they don’t think there are enough already (see ISIS. See their own involvement in 9-11-01).
None of this gets fixed until the CIA is dismantled and its sorry remains are sent straight to Hell where they belong.
I’m sorry; my response presumed to say what you do or don’t know. I didn’t mean to be so abrasive. I just meant to point out that even the innocent can be attacked. Imagine somebody new in Congress goes to a dinner. Somebody slips something in their food/drink, takes them to a back room, and while they are out of their mind with drugs that destroy that moral person’s inhibitions/conscience, and then videotapes them doing something awful. That’s all it would take for a person to be framed.
Madison Cawthorne mentioned orgies, drug parties, etc going on amongst Congress members all the time. And we know that the CIA was using “The Hammer” (which is the supercomputer; HAMR was the software used for it, and it is included in Vault 7) to spy on judges, justices, Congress members, media people, Donald Trump, etc. It would be crazy to think that the CIA would go to the trouble to get that ability, only to not use it.
