Zelensky Steps Closer to Mobilization Plunge Amid Dire Warnings
Substack ^ | April 4, 2024 | SIMPLICIUS THE THINKER

Posted on 04/05/2024 8:04:44 AM PDT by Vlad0

Things continue to feel like a calm before the approaching storm. There is not too much overt activity in the battle space, but various rumblings of a large looming escalation continue to trickle through the grape vine.

In a recent article I had mentioned how the Western press and elite commentariat for the first time began using the taboo ‘C’ word, i.e. “Collapse”, for Ukraine. Now this has opened up the floodgates, causing more and more worried publications to begin turning off their previous holding-the-line narrative filter and actually start describing the Ukrainian situation with truthful urgency.

...

Read my lips, it’s quite simple: Ukraine has literally no chance whatsoever to do anything militarily in this war anymore. Ukraine and Zelensky’s only shot at survival is to push Russia into a confrontation with NATO. They are desperately attempting to do this each day by launching mass terror attacks all over Russia.

So tell me why Ruzzia is a “threat” if they can’t even take small parts of Ukraine.

Ask that of all the nations of the world that disagree with you to such an extent, nations that have made dramatic and expensive changes, countries like Finland and Poland and Sweden, and even Switzerland and Austria are so concerned about the Russian threat of the future that they are considering requesting NATO membership.

You may want to look at some of your own posts from 2 years ago.

I’m not asking Finland, Poland, Switzerland etc.
I’m asking You. The Ruzzia and China Expert.
So, educate me about a threat from a country that can’t take parts
of Ukraine.

You already regressed into the name calling and insults and childish emotionalism exposing that you aren’t really interested in the bigger picture, but prefer to troll and argue but go read some of your past posts and try and figure out why you thought Russia was a threat for more invasions of other countries in the future.

Just what I thought. A kiddie who pretends to have an interest in Ruzzia
and China but when asked about a threat Ruzzia poses to the world when
it can’t even take parts of Ukraine…in 2 years.
Yet, you won’t share your vast knowledge and expertise on the subject.

But then on the other side of that coin you have nations that are joining BRICs, looking at alternatives to the World Bank, IMF, Swift clearing, VISA and, oh yeah: ye’old reserve currency.

Which when you are floating over 3 trillion in debt a year is a big problem.

The countries walking away from the USA-Nato alliance are much larger and faster growing than the little Baltic countries like Estonia.

They are India, China, Brazil, Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, and growing.

The retarded Obama-Neocon plan to provoke Russia by putting missiles 200 miles from Moscow was the dumbest foreign policy disaster since Vietnam.

They thought: we can do a color revolution in Russia! We can break Russia up into little States we can dominate!
The fact that a lot of this was a very private agenda of the Neocons who have a very specific bone to pick with Russia.

But they are litterally going to drag the whole Pax Americana down in their stupidity.

It’s shocking that people who are otherwise intelligent can’t see the utter devestation this war has brought on the USA.

And the bad news is, it’s going to get worse still.

Your old enough to remember this one, come round again: “something is happening here and you don’t know what it is, do you Mr. Ansel?”

My post was correcting someone about The West, America, and our Pacific allies and our ammo situation, to let them know that we are not simply removing stock and not replacing and improving it.

Your post was irrelevant to it, it was just your natural need to attack America in service to Russia.

“He (Zelenskyy) used our money to buy Highgrove House from King Charles”

I thought this propaganda had been thoroughly disproved a day or two ago in a long detailed discussion/argument between people who had actual information. Some described details of British royal property law that made this impossible, while others swallowed a story by a small news source hook, line, and sinker.

If anyone has newer information or FACTS that disprove this slander against the Ukraine leader, we need to see it.

He used our money to buy Highgrove House from King Charles.

A complete lie that was quickly debunked.

The Ukraine never stood a chance against Russia. Many on the FR called it 2 years ago and anyone with a brain knew it in the various governments. But, no. The agony and pointlessness had to be carried out.

Ukraine had plenty of chance. It's just like Russia/Chechnya, US/Vietnam, US/Afghanistan, Russia/Afghanistan, etc. No, you can't win a bunch of direct confrontations militarily. But shooting at each other is only one part of war. And surprisingly, Russia has been willing to let Putin keep pushing into Ukraine.

Why do you cheapen the quality of your other arguments by throwing in the complete HOAX about Z buying Royal British property, which ,if at all possible, can ONLY be done after a long complicated process passing through the British Parliament.

I have gained the impression that Ukraine mostly targets military targets, and avoids hitting primarily civilian targets. Given the more than 300 people killed in multiple apartment bombings in Russia in 1999 with some curious FSB involvment, which was used as an excuse to attack Muslim targets, it is hardly surprising to find ISIS involved in another large anti people attack. In fact if it were not that ISIS has been rather forthcoming to take the blame, I would be inclined to think that Putin cooked this up again to strengthen the response of the Russian people for his NOT war in Ukraine. After all, 1999 worked for his subsequent election in 2000. Why not do it again??? But I still think it was ISIS.

I guess it is not too surprising that Russians are not doing more to stop Putin’s slaughter of his minority populations. After all with all the oligarchs and families being chopped up with axes, or other oligarchs taking flying lessons from windows, it is not surprising Russians approach the idea of disagreeing with Putin with some trepidation. Democracy and freedom are luxuries that even the oligarchs seem to lack.

Who is that person that brags about groping women as a right?   I haven't ever heard about that?

Hey Z... Why don’t you just get the hell out of Ukraine and let the adults figure this out? Haven’t you sucked enough treasure from the American taxpayers yet?

Frankly, I am surprised this wasn’t done months ago. Ukraine must institute universal draft. All Citizens are to serve! Children as young as 14, boys and girls, men as old as 76, priests, nuns, politicals, even foreigners visiting should be drafted into national service. Like Mohamid II said when he attacked Constantinople, all must go to the fight, any still in camp would be killed—cooks, hookers, doctors, imans, all must fight—and he won the day. A nation in arms can not be defeated.

WWII Germany did this at the end in 1945, drafting young boys and old men and arming them for the defense of the Fatherland. It didn't stop the Russians or the Americans from marching straight to Berlin.
