If Fanny stays on the case, she’ll have to answer a lot of things, including not only her conduct her lies, but also her meetings with the Biden administration, Kamala Harris, DOJ etc. If she removes herself from the case, then the incompetent, Nathan Wade is on board.
I think the choice was remove Wade or the entire prosecution team, which would presumably include Wade. ,Pretty sure who ever replaced Fanni would not retain a will and trust lawyer on a Rico prosecution, and who, if he or she is smart, would close this case down as the vexatious sham that it is.
