House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) said the January 6 Committee members may be referred to the DOJ for criminal prosecution after reports they hid and destroyed crucial evidence.
As we highlighted earlier, Former Rep. Liz Cheney and the January 6 Committee member hid evidence that exonerated former President Donald Trump after he called for 10,000 National Guard troops to be deployed at the U.S. Capitol Building.

Everyone knows the DOJ will not prosecute anyone for any crimes committed by the J6 Committee. The mark of a true Banana Republic.

Make the DOJ own it. Everyone knows what happened. It also gives the Trump team more ammo of non-uniform prosecution.
