A Moscow man was arrested for allegedly accepting payment from Ukrainian intelligence to plant an explosive on Tucker Carlson's vehicle, targeting the American journalist during his interview with Putin.
"In November 2023, I was recruited by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"I was trained in working with special communications, collecting, and detonating explosive devices."
"On January 31, I received a task from the curator to pick up an explosive device from a hiding place and use it to blow up a car."

Well, Ukraine trans Spokesthing “Sarah Ashton-Cirillo” did say that Tucker, Bannon, and Kirk would be hunted down and killed.
“Vance’s letter came after Ashton-Cirillo posted a video online on September 13 in which she said a “favorite Kremlin propagandist will pay for their crimes.” She added all Russian propagandists would be “hunted down” and “justice will be served.””

The Russians clearly see the benefit of claiming that Ukraine wanted to kill Tucker Carlson, and they knew that somebody like you would believe such a fictional story.
It helps to think once in a while, and not just swallow every story put out by Russian information warfare specialists.
