The thing people need to understand is that Trump is both a “Developer” at heart and a Reality TV star. The last great TV personality we had in the White House was Ronald Reagan. Reagan could use the office of the President to convince people to do all kinds of things and have the public pressure Congress for change. Trump has that ability as well. Unfortunately, Trump is not as organized (politically) as Reagan was.
Trump loves to exaggerate and say controversial things to gain media attention. But he also knows how to win people's hearts and minds with his visions and that is what frightens so man Democrats and members of the Deep State.
The only people who hate Trump more than the DNC is the GOP.
