Here's my analysis:
Most likely an Aim-120 shoot down.
Aim-120 max range (R-Max 1) shot is about 120 km.
The F-16 could take the shot and never get in range of RU mobile SAMs.
This would indicate the ruzzians have no S-300s or S-400s in this area of the front.
There were no friendly aircraft in the area. The F-16 pilot probably had a free-fire clearance on any airborne target.
The Su-34 crew never knew they were under attack.
The Su-34 Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) did not detect the F-16s radar.
Possibly, the Su-34 has no ECM capability against the Ukrainian F-16s or the Aim-120.
Previously, RU over-the-horizon radars have been destroyed.
Also, recently, several RU long-range radars have been taken out, so the Su-34 never got any warning from their ground controllers of the F-16 attack.
Soon there will be more such losses.
Hopefully, many more.
All in all, a very satisfying first for the “old” F-16 and with a karmic nod to history, too, for when old MiG-17s and 19s shot down new American fighter bombers durning the Vietnam conflict.
Fox one. Sweet!

It is at least an indication that a Su-34 is down.
