Kaja Kallas is complaining that the EU has been completely sidelined by Trump and Russia and not allowed to participate in the negotiations over Ukraine.
So instead the EU is sending an additional $43.6 billion in weapons to Ukraine--a plan Hungary isn't supportive of.
