This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Kadyrov burst into abuse against the Tajiks. He is ashamed of such fellow believers
Ramzan Kadyrov, in a conversation with his comrades, called on them not to be shy in their methods towards the citizens of Tajikistan. It is the Tajiks that the authorities call the perpetrators of the bloody terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.
Kadyrov told his loved ones that he was “ashamed of such fellow believers.” He called them infidels, because they “killed the wrong ones.”
According to Kadyrov, the actions of the perpetrators of the terrorist attack cast a shadow on the entire Muslim community. At the same time, he called for bringing order to migrants and “putting them in their place.”
Interlocutors around Kadyrov reject the version that in this way the Chechen leader called for pogroms and revenge.
According to rumors, one of Kadyrov’s relatives, although not very close, was among the victims of the terrorist attack.
Interlocutors believe that Kadyrov recently communicated with the leadership of law enforcement agencies and his fighters will be brought in to restore order on the streets.

In the Rostov region, 4 VKS aircraft were damaged by an APU strike
Last night, the Morozovsk military airfield in the Rostov region was attacked by Nazi drones. Unfortunately, not all the aircraft that were at the facility were able to take off.
Sources reported that 4 of our Su-34 bombers were damaged as a result of the attack. 1 is completely lost, the condition of 3 more is being determined.
Interlocutors complain that information about the threat slowly reached the airfield staff and the command of the 559th Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment located there. Dozens of enemy drones had previously flown through the LPR.
Information about the death of pilots during the attack has not yet been confirmed.
In addition, Yeisk and Engels airfields were attacked last night. However, there are no specifics about them yet. We hope the attacks were repelled.

Bad news for our aviation. There are losses at 2 more airfields, strategic bombers are damaged
Unfortunately, the enemy attack at night and early in the morning of April 5 affected not only the Morozovsk airfield, where four of our aircraft were damaged. Serious losses were suffered at 2 more military installations.
According to sources in the Aerospace Forces, in Yeisk at a military airfield, enemy drones “almost completely destroyed” two Su-25 aircraft. There are reports of 4 deaths .
The Engels-2 airfield was also attacked. Several sources told us that “2 or 3” Tu-95MS strategic bombers were seriously damaged and that 7 people were killed.
Among the dead there are allegedly several strategic aviation pilots, but this data requires additional verification.
Other interlocutors deny data about damage to bombers at the airfield in Engels. There are rumors that all information regarding this emergency will be “highly classified.”
This, as well as the level of sources who reported the attack on the planes, unfortunately, gives reason to think that the information about losses is true.
The 25th Air Assault Brigade reports that the UAV attack on Morozovsk last night, home to Su-24, Su-24M, and Su-34/35 aircraft, resulted in the destruction of at least 6 aircraft while 8 were heavily damaged. In addition, 20 military personnel were either killed or wounded.
Of course, visual confirmation is needed to verify these claims.

Quite significant if indeed visually confirmed.
Possibly, the understatement of the year.
If pilots were killed, they were probably scrambled to the aircraft to vertically disperse.
I can't believe that ruzzia doesn't park their aircraft in shelters like below.
Explosions in Crimea right now
The place is base of the 559th Bomber Aviation Regiment, equipped with Su-34.

...and the night sky is full of anti aircraft fire.
There were AAA tracer rounds in the videos...no in-flight explosions.
The ruzzian AAA gunners must have learned from the Iraqi gunners from Desert Storm.
I did not detect any SAMs in the video.

I wonder if these will carry armament and RTB or are they Kamikazi drones.

🔥 The attack on the Morozovsk airfield was carried out by the DSHV 🇺🇦 (UKR Air Assault Forces) along with the military and Defense Forces, at least 6 aircraft were destroyed - our sources in the DSHV.
Su-24, Su-24M, and Su-34 front-line bombers were based at the airfield - these are the types of aircraft Russia uses to drop anti-aircraft missiles on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Ukrainian front-line cities.
The results of the joint special operation are impressive - at least 6 military aircraft of the Russian Federation were destroyed, and another 8 were significantly damaged.
In addition to equipment, about 20 military Rashists became “two hundred” or “three hundred”.
“This is an important special operation, which will significantly reduce the combat potential of the Rashists,” notes a source in the DSHV

So far, we have not seen any satelite images or video's that confirm these claims.

Still waiting on satelite pictures or video.
My guess is the drones upload video during the attack.
We will probably never see these videos as they would provide valuable information to ruzzia.

Anything bad that Russia does, is NATO’s fault.
ISW reports (4 April, NATO’s birthday):
“Kremlin spokesperson Dmitri Peskov claimed that NATO and Russia are in “direct confrontation,” likely as part of ongoing Kremlin efforts to intensify existing information operations meant to force the West into self-deterrence.
Peskov claimed on April 4 that relations between Russia and NATO have “slipped to the level of direct confrontation” and that NATO is “already involved in the conflict surrounding Ukraine.”
Peskov accused NATO of moving towards Russia’s borders, likely referencing Finland and Sweden’s recent accessions to the alliance, and claimed that NATO is expanding its military infrastructure closer to Russia. Russian officials have long attempted to frame NATO and the West as an existential threat to Russia as part of the Kremlin’s justifications for its war in Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed on March 18 that a full-scale war between NATO and Russia is undesirable but possible.
Peskov’s repeated claims that NATO and Russia are already in “direct confrontation” represents an intensification of this ongoing narrative but is likely still part of Russia‘s reflexive control campaign that uses threatening language to delay and influence important decisions regarding Western support for Ukraine. This Kremlin narrative is also likely an attempt to pose NATO’s defensive activity in response to Russia’s outright aggression as provocative.
ISW continues to assess that Russia has been preparing for a potential conventional war with NATO, including through ongoing conventional military reforms and by recreating the Leningrad Military District (LMD) and Moscow Military District (MMD) in western Russia.
Russian officials have accused NATO of giving Russia a reason to reconstitute the LMD directly on the border with Finland.”
Secondary sanctions are a new phase in the war, with significant new measures that just started in November 2023 (for oil sales) and December 2023 (for financial transactions), now biting.
Newsweek reports (5 April):
“Russia is being abandoned by its key allies amid tightening U.S. sanctions imposed in response to the war in Ukraine.
Recent moves by a number of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s longtime allies, including China, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and India, suggest they are becoming more cautious of U.S. secondary sanctions.
A number of large banks in China have stopped accepting payments from sanctioned Russian financial institutions, and banks in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan are no longer accepting cards that use the Russian Mir payment system, Moscow’s alternative to Visa and Mastercard, after they suspended operations in the country over the war in Ukraine.
India, once a top purchaser of Russian oil, is reported to have stopped paying for Russian premium crude oil. Meanwhile, Russian oil firms are facing delays of up to several months to be paid for crude and fuel as banks in China, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) fear retaliation from the United States, Reuters reported on March 27...
...In December, President Joe Biden issued an executive order which allows the U.S. to directly sanction foreign banks facilitating significant transactions for Russia. Washington threatened to block such banks that conduct business with firms that support Russia’s defense industry from its financial system...
...Reuters, citing eight banking and trading sources, said a number of banks in China, the UAE and Turkey have become increasingly wary of pressure from Washington. One source said Biden’s December executive order made banks and companies realize that the “threat of U.S. secondary sanctions is real.”
Two sources said that in the UAE, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank suspended a number of accounts linked to the trading of Russian goods. Four sources told the news agency that UAE’s Mashreq bank, Turkey’s Ziraat and Vakifbank and Chinese banks ICBC and Bank of China are still processing payments, but that there are major delays.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has acknowledged the delayed payments, telling reporters during a recent press briefing that “unprecedented pressure from the United States and the European Union on the People’s Republic of China continues.””

Meanwhile, Finland, Sweden and Norway are making massive investments in modern equipment. New submarines, frigates, corvettes and patrol boats for their navies, F-35A and Gripen E/F for their air forces, new Howitzers, AFVs, long range fires, air and missile defense systems, etc. Just yesterday, Norway announced that it will essentially double its defense spending and add 2 brigades to its army.
