In the Rostov region, 4 VKS aircraft were damaged by an APU strike

Last night, the Morozovsk military airfield in the Rostov region was attacked by Nazi drones. Unfortunately, not all the aircraft that were at the facility were able to take off.

Sources reported that 4 of our Su-34 bombers were damaged as a result of the attack. 1 is completely lost, the condition of 3 more is being determined.

Interlocutors complain that information about the threat slowly reached the airfield staff and the command of the 559th Guards Bomber Aviation Regiment located there. Dozens of enemy drones had previously flown through the LPR.

Information about the death of pilots during the attack has not yet been confirmed.

In addition, Yeisk and Engels airfields were attacked last night. However, there are no specifics about them yet. We hope the attacks were repelled.

Quite significant if indeed visually confirmed.

The 25th Air Assault Brigade reports that the UAV attack on Morozovsk last night, home to Su-24, Su-24M, and Su-34/35 aircraft, resulted in the destruction of at least 6 aircraft while 8 were heavily damaged. In addition, 20 military personnel were either killed or wounded.

Of course, visual confirmation is needed to verify these claims.

Possibly, the understatement of the year.

If pilots were killed, they were probably scrambled to the aircraft to vertically disperse.

I can't believe that ruzzia doesn't park their aircraft in shelters like below.
