This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

I checked the “current” condition of the Kerch Bridge on Google. The first article linked below was dated Sept. 9, 2024 and referred to the “crumbling” bridge.

I found no article listed more recent than Oct. 2024, and a few in Sept. Most were listed for 2023 or 2022, as was the case on Google pages 2 and 3. Other comments and articles had a disgusting lack of date information. So it is possible the computer train still can be used and some of the roadway lanes may be useable. Hopefully someone has more useful sources than Google.

Earlier today, a fire broke out at one of the enterprises in Orsk. Dark smoke rose. Traditionally there is no information about victims. According to preliminary information, the fire occurred at an oil refining facility. The enterprise itself has not commented on the incident. The cause of the fire of course is unknown.

The fall of the Assad regime wasn't just the result of the strength of opposition forces. It also happened because Russia doesn't have sufficient troops there. Why? Because the entire combat-ready Russian army is currently on Ukrainian territory. This clearly shows that the entire army of this pseudo-empire is currently waging war against the Ukrainian people.
The same is already happening in Africa. We know that Wagner mercenaries were active there. We know how many Wagner fighters were eliminated in Ukraine. Russia seeks to establish its own regimes in Africa to influence the continent, using Wagner forces for this purpose.
That is why it is crucial today for all countries that value peace without war, that value security—European nations, the United States, other countries around the world, global leaders—to understand this perspective: now right here many things are being decided.
The strength of Ukraine determines whether Russia's army is strong. If Ukraine falls, Putin will return to Syria to seek revenge, to Africa, and to many other regions that interest him. I don't think the loss of these bases is a done deal yet. Russia is still negotiating with Turkey and the Rebel leadership. But keeping the bases doesn't restore Russia's control of Syria. As of now, the rebels are bypassing Khmeimim Air Base as they capture Latakia, and Russia's Tartus based ships are sitting just a few miles off shore waiting to see how things shake out. Whatever happens with the bases, Turkey has won this proxy war with Russia.
If Russia loses the air and naval bases in Syria, they will likely establish bases in Libya, where ironically, they are fighting another (currently frozen) proxy war with Turkey. A naval base at Tobruk might be more useful to Russia's Africa strategy than Tartus.

Regarding c.omment 9330, isn’t Forward the Light Brigade, one of the Putin/Russia crowd? The aggressive move by Israel he proposes could really make the situation in that area worse than it is IMHO. I worry it would help unite the Muslim states even more thoroughly against Israel.
On the subject of Russian lies, I was listening to the various Public TV news shows this evening, and some suggest Russia is lying about Assad being safely in Russia. On an earlier day a picture was shown of his family safely in Russia, “for a week.” Also one picture of family was identified as being made last year. Regarding the crash of the airplane itself, it was reported the plane has not yet been found, it did appear to be crashing, but perhaps it’s signals were silenced and it may have landed somewhere. I think I understood one program to say Reuters had backed off it’s initial comment on “killed” in a crash, but now may be backing off it’s subsequent recognition of Assad being in Russia. I sure hope the folks in Libya will be able to stop a Russian move for their port facilities.
