This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Regime Change!!
He said “loss” so its not clear if he meant dead or total casualties.
753,000 as of Dec 8
It was just his frequent lack of precision, he and everyone else knows it means casualties.
Well I think he means what he says, not some mealy-mouthed approximation. That its “casualties” is just an assumption, not a fact.
I don’t know why you are obsessing over this, it isn’t a big deal, everyone knew what he was saying.
Here is how he said it last night “’There was no reason for Russia to be there in the first place. They lost all interest in Syria because of Ukraine, where close to 600,000 Russian soldiers lay wounded or dead, in a war that should never have started, and could go on forever.”
Syria’s ousted President Bashar al Assad has arrived in Moscow, Russian state media has confirmed.
I'll need to see some proof of life, before I believe Russian State media...
The former Black Sea Fleet Commander too.
Let's bomb them all!

Success in de-Nazification.
The Syrian Arab Ba’ath Party, supported by Fascist Putin, was the last ruling Party on Earth based on Nazi principles of Socialism based on race, rather than class.
It is often translated into English as “Arab Nationalism”, instead of Arab Racism, but it (notably led by Syrian Michel Aflaq) arose among the same group of intellectuals (within a few 1920’s Parisian Universities) as did the German Nazi ideology.
Sadaam Huusein’s uncle, who raised him within the Iraqi Ba’ath party, in loco parentis, served time in prison for trying to flip Iraq over to the Nazi side during WWII.
Finally, the end of Nazi rule, anywhere on Earth, except for Putin’s captive Russia.
‼️🚨 BREAKING: Assad and his family members arrived in Moscow, Russia granted them asylum, a source in the Kremlin told TASS.

As it is well known, one of Russia's "business models" is to prop up dictatorships and putschist regimes all around the globe, including Africa. Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and the Central African Republic are just a few to name of. The Sudanese Civil war is even directly kept on fire by Russia. The latest peace process by the UNSC was stopped by Russia's veto. War and suffering are not only a good business for the Russian war industry, the only operational industry in Russia, but especially for their most infamous mercenary group, Wagner.
In exchange for Russia's help, to prop up those scourge regimes across Africa, Wagner received direct control of lucrative deals for mining operations, especially gold and blood diamonds. The exploitation operations are executed in the most ruthless way, with utter disregard on human life, killing locals and foreigners alike, even Chinese worker. After all, this has always been Wagner number one revenue.
However, logistically, Russia always relied on the Syrian bases to fly out the riches and fly in mercenaries. They always had to pass Khmeimim when going in either direction. It is also safe to assume that much of the operations in Africa were coordinated in Khmeimim. Without this base, all operations in Africa were virtually impossible or the very least much harder to accomplish. And harder means, more expensive.
This "business model" could only thrive for as long as the puppet Assad was in Damascus, which as we all know is history. What this will mean for the putschist regimes and Wagner alike, remains to be seen, but it might give the African people suffering under them and Wagner a new chance to get rid off the Russian influence, the same way as the Syrian people ended it.

He and Iran did everything possible to ensure that oil and, primarily, gas from Qatar, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia could not flow to the EU via the cheapest route—through pipelines.
Now, after the fall of Assad's regime, in the event of stabilization in Syria, pipelines could be laid through Syria and Turkey to the EU, which would forever deprive Putin of the ability to blackmail Europe and diversify energy supplies.

This would threaten ruzzia's primary source of revenue.
I predict President Trump will use this as one of his "hammers" to bring ruzzia to the negotiating table.
Some 43,000 Ukrainian soldiers have been killed since Russia’s full-scale invasion began, Volodymyr Zelensky has said
Reuters has deleted the report it had, of Assad’s suspected death.
It is looking more likely that he survived. His wife and kids had been in Russia for at least a week.
