Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine (2 year anniversary)

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

If you are talking about the graph in 17775, that is for Nominal Wages in Russian Rubles. Since there are no years indicated at the bottom or top, it is a pretty useless graph. If that represents Russian competence for economic education, oh, shxt.

I don’t know if it was ever considered a part of Russian Mir, but on the news just now I saw something about Belarus releasing some political prisoners from jail, some with long sentences canceled. What is up with that?

Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, June 26, 2025

South Korean intelligence suggests that North Korea may deploy North Korean troops to Ukrainian territory, which would represent a significant battlefield inflection. Reuters, citing a South Korean lawmaker privy to intelligence from South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS), reported on June 26 that North Korea may deploy an unspecified number of additional North Korean forces to Russia to fight against Ukraine as early as July or August 2025 and that North Korea continues to arm Russia with artillery ammunition and missiles.[1] The South Korean lawmaker told Reuters that the NIS assessed that Russia may be preparing to initiate a large-scale assault against Ukraine in July or August 2025 and that North Korea is likely receiving technical advice from Russia on satellite launches and missile guidance systems in return. ISW has observed evidence of North Korean forces augmenting Russian forces in Kursk Oblast and North Korea supplying Russia with artillery ammunition and ballistic missiles.[2] Ukrainian forces maintain a limited presence in Kursk Oblast, so North Korean personnel participating in combat operations would most likely be fighting in Ukrainian territory.[3] The North Korean and Russian military commands authorizing the deployment of North Korean forces to Ukrainian territory would mark a significant battlefield inflection that may improve Russian forces’ ability to sustain simultaneous offensive operations in multiple directions, which the Russian military has traditionally struggled to conduct.[4] ISW previously assessed that Russian forces compensated by conducting pulsing, more contained, offensive operations along different sectors of the frontline, but recent reporting indicates that Russian forces appear to be gradually advancing in at least three simultaneous large-scale offensive operations in the Borova-Lyman, Kostyantynivka, and Novopavlivka directions.[5] It is not possible to forecast the likely impact of North Korean support of this type without more information about the size and composition of the North Korean troop contingent that would be going to Ukraine, nor is it clear how rapidly new North Korean troops would become effective in operations alongside Russian troops in Ukraine.

US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met at the NATO summit on June 25 and discussed possible US sales of Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine and joint weapons production. Trump stated that he and Zelensky did not talk about a possible ceasefire in Ukraine during the meeting, but that Trump may talk to Russian President Vladimir Putin in the near future about a ceasefire.[6] Zelensky stated that he reiterated during the meeting that Ukraine supports the US position on a ceasefire.[7] Zelensky stated that he and Trump discussed the increase in the number of “massive” Russian strikes against Ukraine's civilian infrastructure and people, and Trump stated that the United States “should consider” selling Patriot air defense systems and missiles to Ukraine as Ukraine's supply is limited.[8] Trump and Zelensky agreed to continue talks about strengthening Ukraine's air defense with European partners. Trump and Zelensky also discussed possible joint production of drones and electronic warfare (EW) equipment.[9] Zelensky stated in April 2025 that Ukraine proposed to the United States that Ukraine purchase “30 to 50 billion” (likely USD) worth of air defense and weapons systems from the United States and that Ukraine is prepared to purchase these systems itself — either through direct payment to the United States or through the fund established by the US-Ukrainian minerals deal.[10] Zelensky had stated that Ukraine will consider the provision of at least 10 air defense systems to Ukraine as a “security guarantee.” US Patriot air defense systems are vital to Ukraine's ability to defend against Russian ballistic missile strikes and will become increasingly important as Russia is reportedly increasing its production and stockpile of ballistic missiles, which would enable larger and more frequent ballistic missile strikes against Ukraine.[11] ISW continues to assess that a strong Ukrainian military backed by Western security guarantees remains the most vital component of a stable post-war European security architecture, guaranteeing a sustainable peace in Ukraine and deterring future Russian aggression.[12]

Кремлевская табакерка

The SVO [invasion of Ukraine] will end this year only under one condition. And you won't like it

We are often asked: why do you write so much about the fact that the SVO will not end soon, many Russians will still fight, and the war will affect almost everyone? Why does society need to hear such forecasts, what kind of demoralization is this? We answer: This is not demoralization. Society needs to know the truth, whatever it may be. If we mislead people, the main thing will not happen – our Victory. And for it to happen, we need to clearly understand several things.

Firstly, a decision has been made at the highest level – the SVO must end with Victory. Not with a truce, a cessation of hostilities or anything like that, but with Victory. It is almost certainly impossible this year. The enemy is desperately resisting, our advance at the front is quite slow (even Vladimir Putin is talking about this ). We still need to fight, for quite a long time.

Secondly, let us repeat, our enemy is quite serious. And he will do bad things, including in the rear. Therefore, attacks on Moscow, the Moscow region, and other regions will continue. And the threat of missile strikes on the capital , which Sergei Sobyanin spoke about, really does exist. Therefore, we must also fight for Victory in the rear. And live in the logic of military operations - at least go to a bomb shelter whenever there is danger.

Thirdly, it is not for nothing that we often write about mobilization. The losses at the front are very serious, if we deny this, we will show disrespect for the memory of the fallen guys. There are many battles and different tasks ahead. Draw your own conclusions. To be honest, we do not understand why many are afraid of mobilization. We need Victory, right? And how can we achieve it without making an effort? In addition, the idea of total mobilization of several million people, which the philosopher Alexandr Dugin told us about, is becoming increasingly popular. And a war that will go beyond the Ukrainian crisis. No decisions have been made on this matter, but there are more and more supporters of such a development of events. We will not make predictions here for now.

Fourthly, based on all this, can the SVO end before the end of the year? Yes, but under the condition of pressure on our country, which Russia for some reason will not withstand. Pressure can come from the Americans or other Western countries, from our domestic supporters of ending the SVO ( there are plenty of them , that's a fact, many of them are even ready for drastic actions and sabotage). Pressure can be economic - because of the crisis that many economists are threatening . And we are sure that it will happen if the SVO does not end soon. “A crisis is possible, and a serious one. But I think our people really want Victory. And they will endure economic difficulties, that's not the most important thing in life,” a Kremlin source close to the president noted on this matter.

Tell me, do we really need the end of the SVO this year under such conditions?

The grandfather of the new head of British foreign intelligence MI6 was a Ukrainian Nazi.

Blaze Metreveli, the first female head of British intelligence, is the granddaughter of Ukrainian ultra nationalist and anti semite Konstantin Dobrovolsky,

He was a devout facist who defected to the Nazis in 1941, served in the SS, and participated in the murder of Jews and anti Nazi partisans.

His son received British citizenship in the 1960s, and in 1977, he had a daughter, Blaze.

So the sins of the father or grandfather apparently do fall on their descendants so the fact that the Soviet Union started WW2 allied with nazi regime, allowed nazis to train on their soil and develop blitzkrieg tactics
means that Russians are nazis…..😎

Perhaps, compare the behaviors of the Russians and pitin to nazi germany and hitler and there are many similarities 🤔😂

"the fact that the Soviet Union started WW2"

FROM GROK

"No, Russia did not start World War II. The war began on September 1, 1939, when Nazi Germany, led by Adolf Hitler, invaded Poland. This prompted France and the United Kingdom to declare war on Germany two days later. The Soviet Union, under Joseph Stalin, initially signed a non-aggression pact with Germany (the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact) in August 1939, which included a secret protocol dividing Eastern Europe into spheres of influence. The Soviet Union invaded eastern Poland on September 17, 1939, as part of this agreement, but Germany’s invasion of Poland is widely recognized as the trigger for the war. The Soviet Union was later invaded by Germany in June 1941, joining the Allies against the Axis powers."

Despite claiming to fight “Nazism” in Ukraine, Russia openly uses neo-Nazi paramilitary groups. The Rusich unit, fighting under Russian command, flaunts SS symbols and commits war crimes. Wagner Group also recruited known neo-Nazis.C

Once again in your first comment of the day quoting from a source within Russia, we see the name ALEXANDR DUGIN as a source of society inspiration and plans to aggressively pursue the NOT WAR, called an SVO to complete VICTORY. I suspect fewer than 1% of people in this country have heard of him or have any idea of his grandiose plans for our future and that of most other countries. It is essential for our own success and safety to make everyone we can influence aware of this danger. His plan for Russia to take over Europe to form Eurasia and also control most of the rest of the world was laid out in 1997 in his book The Foundations of Geopolitics:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foundations_of_Geopolitics

This book review lays out 21 bullet points describing his entire plan for controlling the world which Putin seems to have swallowed wholesale. Dugin was first described as “Putin’s Brain” in a Foreign Affairs article in 2014 shortly after Putin took over Crimea. Now study the plan laid out below with care:

“In Europe
* should be offered the de facto political dominance over most Protestant and Catholic states located within Central and Eastern Europe. The Kaliningrad Oblast could be given back to Germany. The book uses the term “Moscow–Berlin axis”.[9]
* France should be encouraged to form a bloc with Germany, as they both have a “firm anti-Atlanticist tradition”.[9]
* The United Kingdom, merely described as an “extraterritorial floating base of the U.S.”, should be cut off from the European Union.[9]
* Finland should be absorbed into Russia. Southern Finland will be combined with the Republic of Karelia and northern Finland will be “donated to Murmansk Oblast”.[9]
* Estonia should be given to Germany’s sphere of influence.[9]
* Latvia and Lithuania should be given a “special status” in the Eurasian–Russian sphere, although he later writes that they should be integrated into Russia rather than obtaining national independence.[9]
* Georgia should be dismembered. Abkhazia and “United Ossetia” (which includes Georgia’s South Ossetia and the Republic of North Ossetia) will be incorporated into Russia. Georgia’s independent policies are unacceptable.[9]
* Belarus and Moldova are to become part of Russia, not independent.[9]
* Poland should be granted a “special status” in the Eurasian sphere. This may involve splitting Poland between German and Russian spheres of influence.[9]
* Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia, “Serbian Bosnia”, and Greece – “Orthodox Christian collectivist East” – will unite with “Moscow the Third Rome” and reject the “rational-individualistic West”.[9]
* Ukraine (except Western Ukraine) should be annexed by Russia because “Ukraine as a state has no geopolitical meaning, no particular cultural import or universal significance, no geographic uniqueness, no ethnic exclusiveness, its certain territorial ambitions represents an enormous danger for all of Eurasia and, without resolving the Ukrainian problem, it is in general senseless to speak about continental politics”. Ukraine should not be allowed to remain independent, unless it is cordon sanitaire, which would be inadmissible according to Western political standards. As mentioned, Western Ukraine (comprising the regions of Volynia, Galicia, and Transcarpathia), considering its Catholic-majority population, are permitted to form an independent federation of Western Ukraine but should not be under Atlanticist control.[9]

In the Middle East and Central Asia
* The book stresses the “continental Russian–Islamic alliance” which lies “at the foundation of anti-Atlanticist strategy”. The alliance is based on the “traditional character of Russian and Islamic civilization”.
* Iran is a key ally. The book uses the term “Moscow–Tehran axis”.[9]
* Armenia has a special role: It will serve as a “strategic base,” and it is necessary to create “the [subsidiary] axis Moscow-Yerevan-Teheran”. Armenians “are an Aryan people ... [like] the Iranians and the Kurds”.[9]
* Azerbaijan could be “split up” or given to Iran.[9]
Russia needs to create “geopolitical shocks” within Turkey. These can be achieved by employing Kurds, Armenians, and other minorities (such as Greeks) to attack the ruling Turkish regime.[9]
* The book regards the Caucasus as a Russian territory, including “the eastern and northern shores of the Caspian (the territories of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan)” and Central Asia (mentioning Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan).[9]

In East and Southeast Asia
* envisions the fall of China. The People’s Republic of China, which represents an extreme geopolitical danger as an ideological enemy to the independent Russian Federation, “must, to the maximum degree possible, be dismantled”. Dugin suggests that Russia start by taking Tibet–Xinjiang–Inner Mongolia–Manchuria as a security belt.[1] Russia should offer China help “in a southern direction – Indochina (except Vietnam, whose people is already pro-Russia), the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia” as geopolitical compensation.[9]
* Russia should manipulate Japanese politics by offering the Kuril Islands to Japan and provoking anti-Americanism, to “be a friend of Japan”.[9]
* Mongolia should be absorbed into the Eurasian sphere.[9]
The book emphasizes that Russia must spread geopolitical anti-Americanism everywhere: “the main ‘scapegoat’ will be precisely the U.S.”

In the Americas
In the Americas, United States, and Canada:

* Russia should use its special services within the borders of the United States and Canada to fuel instability and separatism against neoliberal globalist Western hegemony, such as, for instance, provoke “Afro-American racists” to create severe backlash against the rotten political state of affairs in the current present-day system of the United States and Canada. Russia should “introduce geopolitical disorder into internal American activity, encouraging all kinds of separatism and ethnic, social, and racial conflicts, actively supporting all dissident movements – extremist, racist, and sectarian groups, thus destabilizing internal political processes in the U.S. It would also make sense simultaneously to support isolationist tendencies in American politics”.[9]
* The Eurasian Project[clarification needed] could be expanded to Central and South America.[9]”

Reading this megalomaniacs list of takeovers, manipulations, assumptions and rearrangements of current political entities is mind boggling. But it is now impossible to ignore from his own behavior that Putin is fully engaged in moving forward this project. I hope our President knows just how fully Putin intends to destroy Trump’s MAGA aspirations. I urge people here to read this, copy it, and mail it to the White House. Since Putin has made this a required book in all Russian military schools, this should be required reading by our military leaders, and elected national representatives. Contact them express your concern, send this dangerous list of plans. Our own future depends on blocking the Putin/Dugin planned future. If enough people had read Hitler’s opus Mein Kampf (My Struggle) in the 1930s, WW2 might not have happened. Don’t let this plan happen.

It might be useful for some who frequent this Attack on Europe thread to pick one of these bullet points, examine how Russia is already acting in that area and share it here as a comment. I suspect Russian “special services” are already at work in every one of the countries listed above. Putin’s aggression must be STOPPED!

Did you flunk history class ??

It was across the plains of Ukraine’s “borderland” that Hitler’s divisions swept from the west in 1941, bolstered by Ukraine’s Nazi cultists and collaborators.

When the Nazis invaded the U.S.S.R. in June 1941, Bandera’s followers murdered 4,000 Jews in Lviv, a city in western Ukraine, in a few days, using weapons ranging from guns to metal poles.

Today;
AZOV is not just some far right extremist group.
They have actually been integrated into the official state-sponsoed Ukrainian National Guard.
There is also another far-right group, Centuria, who’s members are currently serving as officers in Ukraine’s military.

To claim that Zelensky, was proof of the Ukraine’s “transition to democracy” and disregard for fascism.
Nothing could be further from the truth. There is little reference to the fact that Zelensky has enjoyed ample support from a highly influential billionaire businessman, Ihor Kolomoyskyi-who has quite a murky history and has been under investigation by the FBI over claims of “ordering contract killings” and “financial crimes”. Kolomoyskyi has also led the way in funding the far-right Ukrainian regiments fighting in the east.
Zelinsky never gave a rats arse about being Jewish until he ran for President.

Have you ever been to Ukraine, specifically Kiev & Lviv?
Are you Jewish? If not, is this the trash you tell other Jewish people?
Shame on you!

It is a good sign that the Su- 24s and Su-25s are gone, and they are starting to dig into their last line of defense, their Su-57s.

Let’s have them shot down anyway, so they aren’t used to bully much weaker neighbors.

Besides, Russia needs a significant emotional experience to deter them from aggression. Their nose must be rubbed in it, so that they lose their taste for blood.

Send more Air Defense Artillery!
