This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

According to sources in the Kremlin and the Ministry of Defense, Vladimir Putin received a report on the consequences of a large-scale enemy attack on airfields with our strategic aviation on the morning of Wednesday, June 4. The president was informed about the damage to 32 aircraft (here the data coincides with those we reported to you on Sunday ), including the irretrievable loss of 17 (here the information was clarified after inspecting the damaged equipment, which aircraft exactly were lost, we were asked not to say).
“Vladimir Vladimirovich did not believe this figure at first. He asked several times. Then he got very angry. He said that he would kick everyone out, and that, I quote, “with such idiots we will definitely lose the SVO.” Then he calmed down a little,” a source in the Kremlin told us. The president's bad mood, by the way, was visible when he spoke about the terrorism of the Kiev regime in the Bryansk region. At the same time, he did not publicly dwell on the losses of strategic aviation.

Still waiting to see a final tally, of how many of each type of aircraft were hit, and how many were clearly destroyed.
Several of them were very clearly destroyed.
You posted (drone) photos of seven Tu-95s and twelve Tu-22s (and one each A-50 and An-12), probably accounting for 21.
I believe that there was another A-50 hit (two in total), possibly four more An-12s, and two Il-78s; which would get it to 28.
Up to thirteen more to account for, to get to 41 hit. So up to 32 bombers hit. Some number of Tu-160s were also reported struck.
If 32 bombers were just taken off operational status, that could easily be a third, or even more, of their Operational Long Range Strategic Bombers. The best ones might have been those on the flight line, fueled up and ready to go - more likely to to have been hit and destroyed.

I believe UKF have drone videos to validate all 41.
Some damage might be repairable.
However, a lot of the aircraft are damaged beyond repair.
We may never get an accurate account.
