This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

"Putin is the leader of the free world," declared Medvedev. He also shared his thoughts on what to expect from the EU after the failed meeting between Zelensky and Trump: "They'll grumble, post similar things on social media, and return to their stall.
Europe is a feeble, quarrelsome old woman who desperately needs the guardianship of the United States."
Given the concerning information about Yermak’s family history with FSB, I did some searching. Below is a link to a presentation and discussion given in late Sept 2024 at the Council on Foreign Relations at an annual destinguished lecture/presentation:
https://www.cfr.org/event/russell-c-leffingwell-lecture-andriy-yermak
The long article was apparently based on a recording of this event with both minor words missing or misidentified, but also some important phrases that were incomplete or probably interpreted incorrectly. Overall the speech by Yermak suggests a man who is deeply concerned about the independent future of Ukraine. He speaks in some detail of the “peace formula” presented 2 years earlier by Zelensky in Bali (G20), and the major importance of NATO Article 5.
I spent 10 or 15 minutes reading the first half of this CFR article. What I read included Yermak’s presentation and questions and answers between audience and Yermak. I think the remaining half is more of the same. At any rate a very interesting read to discern more about Yermak and the CFR membership. I will go back and read it ALL again this weekend.
Personally I think Ukraine is the superior choice for anyone who believes in success and progress. Ukraine certainly shows a superiority in using science and engineering creatively. It’s people also show an energy to do things that the communist/fascist systems in Russia have mostly destroyed. Before the 2022 war began Karkiv was an important university city with around 300,000 students from many countries. In March 2022 I read of the many troubles/adventures of the foreign students struggling to get home, especially those from Africa who could not mingle easily with the European population in their travels.
President Trump will be making a big mistake if he has been persuaded by Putin that Russia is the best/only choice for good future business. Business could be done in both places, but the amount of rebuilding and creation that could be done in Ukraine is far superior based on just looking at how they have survived this terrible struggle of the past 3 years. I think Trump is smarter than that and thank him for his book which I read around 40 years ago to good effect.
Business in Russia are run by various mob clans - not a good place to do business - very corrupt county (154), far more than Ukraine (105).

🇪🇺 🇺🇦 Earlier, Baerbock reported that the EU plans to create its own fund for €700 billion to expand the European military-industrial complex (part of the funds were also planned for Ukraine (about €110 billion over several years).

Europe is finally waking up to the reality that without the US, they need their own nuclear deterrent. Unfortunately, the current French/British deterrent is completely inadequate, and could be largely destroyed in a first strike.

“Following yesterday’s heated-argument in the Oval Office between U.S. President Donald J. Trump, Vice-President JD Vance and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and prior to the tomorrow’s “Emergency Meeting” for Ukrainian Allies in Europe; French President Emmanuel Macron has announced that he is ready to begin discussions on a “Nuclear Deterrence” for Europe, suggesting that France may use its Arsenal of Nuclear Weapons to protect other European Countries against Russia.”
