Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine (2 year anniversary)

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

Russian Offensive Campaign Assessment, February 3, 2025

Russian forces continued to suffer high losses in January 2025 despite a slower rate of advance as compared with previous months in late 2024. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense (MoD) reported on February 3 that Russian forces suffered 48,240 casualties – over three Russian motorized rifle divisions worth of personnel – in January 2025, making January the second-highest month of losses since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.[1] ISW has observed geolocated evidence to assess that Russian forces gained roughly 498 square kilometers in January in Ukraine and Kursk Oblast, or roughly 16.1 square kilometers per day. The available figures suggest Russian forces suffered roughly 96 casualties per square kilometer of territory seized. The Ukrainian MoD reported that Russian forces suffered 48,670 casualties in December 2024 – their highest monthly casualty rate since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion – and ISW assessed that Russian forces gained a total of 593 square kilometers in December 2024. The roughly 100-square-kilometer decrease in seized territory between December 2024 and January 2025, coupled with a similar monthly casualty rate, indicates that Russian forces are taking the same high level of losses despite achieving fewer territorial advances in the near term. ISW previously observed that Russian advances slowed from November 2024 to December 2024.[2] ISW previously assessed that the Russian military command likely tolerated record levels of personnel casualties from September 2024 through November 2024 to facilitate larger territorial gains, but it remains unclear whether the Russian military command will be willing to sustain such casualties if Russian forces’ rate of advance continues to decline as Russian forces are advancing on more heavily defended settlements such as Pokrovsk.[3]

Russian milbloggers complained about the insufficient quantity and quality of Russian commanders. A Russian milblogger complained that the Russian military is “catastrophically” short of talented operational-level commanders and that the Russian military needs to learn to conduct attacks at the regiment and brigade level.[85] Another Russian milblogger and former Storm-Z instructor responded, claiming that the Russian military is “catastrophically” short of talented commanders starting from even the tactical level.[86] The milblogger claimed that Russian commanders at the regiment and brigade level often personally control small tactical units and that problems with micromanagement began to emerge in the Russian military in 2022. The milblogger claimed that there were “serious” losses among junior command staff and “considerable” losses among mid-level command staff already by June 2022. The milblogger claimed that the Russian command staff is “incompetent” and is overloaded with administrative issues at headquarters, negatively impacting their combat planning and command and control (C2) abilities.

They are discussing the death of Putin, and Lenin will be shipped to North Korea or China?

Кремлевская табакерка

Putin ordered to study the issue of removing Lenin's body from the Mausoleum

According to our sources in the Kremlin, the impetus for this was the proposal of philosopher Alexander Dugin. He, we recall, called for removing the leader's body from the Mausoleum and making the building a place of worship for Russia's successes. And later - the burial of Vladimir Putin himself.

“Vladimir Vladimirovich ordered to study the issue of moving Lenin's body from the Mausoleum to another place. Of course, the president did not consider the issue of preparing the Mausoleum for himself, does he have nothing better to do? But there is a rational grain in Alexander Gelyevich’s proposal,” noted a source close to Putin in the Presidential Administration.

Another recalled that this is not the first time Vladimir Vladimirovich has considered the issue of removing Lenin's body from the Mausoleum. But now he is waiting for specific proposals on this issue. And conclusions about whether Dugin should be listened to.

Gerasimov has become noticeably more nervous.

Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov has recently been looking unhealthy, is very nervous and often starts shouting. This was reported by several interlocutors who often contact him. What caused this behavior is a big question. Sources admit that perhaps he is under pressure from the situation in the Kursk region, where we have not yet managed to liberate all of our territories. On the other hand, there are successes in the DPR.

We will monitor this situation. Recently, there have been various rumors about the situation in the army command. Including that Gerasimov may be replaced by Andrei Mordvichev . It is unclear whether these events are connected with Gerasimov’s nervousness.

96/3=32 dead per casualties per square kilometer of territory seized at a minimum.

498*32=15,936 dead in January at a minimum.

ZELENSKY WAS FORCED INTO WAR BY USAID NGOs!

As Arestovich said: "Ukraine was hired, like Indians, for a typhus blanket for the war with Russia"

Less than a month after Zelensky won the election, 70 Ukrainian USAID funded NGOs presented him with a memorandum on red lines he should not cross.

These 70 USAID funded NGOs declared themselves guardians of civil society and stated that they were deeply concerned about the first steps of the new president.

They said, If the President crosses these red lines, it will indicate that he does not seek real democratic change and does not wish to establish a more honest and responsible government, even though he promised to do so during the election period.

The red lines they de facto banned any attempt to negotiate with Putin, revise the language law, etc., so USAID put Ukraine on a path for war.

In particular, they stated that such red lines would be:

- holding a referendum on the format of the negotiations to be used with the Russian Federation and on the principles for a peaceful settlement

- conducting separate negotiations – without the participation of Ukraine’s Western partners – with the Russian Federation, members of the occupation authorities and their armed groups and gangs in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts, Crimea and Sevastopol

- fulfilling the ultimatum requirements demanded by the aggressor state or achieving a compromise with the Kremlin at the cost of making concessions to the detriment of national interests, national sovereignty, territorial integrity and order, and independent domestic and foreign policies of Ukraine

- inhibiting the implementation of security and defense policies outlined in the Strategic Defense Bulletin of Ukraine

In December, for the first time in 2.5 years, Russians paid off more debts than they borrowed, according to data from the Central Bank of Russia. The total volume of loans to the population in December last year decreased by 192 billion. This is the first decrease since May 2022

https://t.me/bankrollo/37896

On 20 December 2024, the Bank of Russia Board of Directors decided to keep the key rate at 21.00% per annum

https://www.cbr.ru/eng/press/keypr/

They expect the lending rate to increase - 30% in April?

Ukrainian President Zelensky is now demanding that the West provide Ukraine with nuclear weapons.

Zelensky states that he wants the West to fully fund his nuclear ambitions to protect his country from Vladimir Putin's ongoing threats.

"Give us back nuclear arms."
