No, as bad as it is (and should never happen), a glitch is when a vote is tabulated the wrong way. Usually it’s a swap of each candidate when it happens, but again, it should never happen.
But votes tallied by people who didn’t even vote?
Not a glitch!

On local FB page a comment was made by a poster that stated she hasn't voted, but state shows that she voted. This is in WA. So obviously the state Secty of State is identifying those voters who have skipped an election or two, and used their illegal votes instead. It would be easily stopped if the authentic voter had just told the state they "... did not vote, so how did one get recorded under their name?"
This is only 1 partial reason that POLLS DON'T MATTER ANYMORE! In fact, IT IS A DISTRACTION FROM CLEANING THE VOTER REGISTRATION ROLLS where most of the cheating occurs.
