This ain’t your father’s FR. What went on here during “COVID” (and a lot of the “vaccine” crap that still goes on), is evidence of that. Never saw such stupidity and open embrace of tyranny and insanity here before that. And this Engmoron ruling is as fascistic and tyrannical as it gets. If a judge can simply decide to fine people, after a “trial” in which no defense was permitted, and no loss, harm, or even violation of a law occurred, we’re a full-blown banana republic.

One thing thats odd (among others) is the fact that President Trump has to put up all the money or a bond proving he can produce it BEFORE he is allowed to appeal...
He only has 30 days to appeal...
Plus he has to appeal to the good buddies of the people who just shafted him...
Engeron declared President Trump guilty by summary judgement and skipped the trial phase altogether. Trump was not allowed to put on a defense of the facts. He was only allowed to call witnesses to mitigate the penalty.
