I don’t understand the expenses paid by Wade that were then supposedly reimbursed with cash. What would be the reason for this? Was Wade on a government expense account or something?

She hires lover boy as a special prosecutor. He gets paid hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money to prosecute the case. She then gets illegal kickbacks from him in the form of paid vacations, etc. She knows this is improper so claims she reimbursed him for those expenses in the form of cash. Of course, she has no receipts showing those reimbursements were actually made because they weren't actually made.

The question should be, where did the cash come from? This is why she’s fighting to keep bank records out of the court’s reach. If the bank says she never cashed checks for cash or removed cash from her account, then where did all this money originate?
