In Beltway-Think, he didn’t botch a thing. He followed orders he fails to comprehend.

When I was 18 it was simply not possible for a young work-capable young male adult to get a government handout except for going to college.

Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act

“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

So, right now, there is a law on the books that Biden can use to immediately suspend the illegals coming across our border. We don’t need any new law superceding existing law, Senators.

Asking Congress to pass a new law is an attempt to shift blame away from himself for the border disaster.

Biden had thousands of them lined up at the border to swarm in as soon as he was installed. His policy, “Come on in!”

What hasn’t he “botched”?

But that’s what “Build Back Better” meant. Destroy first. And Joe is perfect for that task.

Reality check: Much of the current crisis is rooted in factors Biden's team has had little control over

In the Axios world, shameless fiction and propaganda constitute a "reality check". All of the current crisis is entirely the fault of "Biden's team", aka the team which uses Biden as its sock puppet.

https://www.ohchr.org/en/instruments-mechanisms/instruments/convention-relating-status-refugees

The Refugee Convention by permitting illegal entry (and entry upon any request) makes it impossible to secure the border. We need to get out from under the Refugee Convention.

Article 44 - Denunciation [getting out from under the Refugee Convention]
1. Any Contracting State may denounce this Convention at any time by a notification addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
2. Such denunciation shall take effect for the Contracting State concerned one year from the date upon which it is received by the Secretary-General of the United Nations....

All Biden has to do is to have a letter typed up and handed to the Secretary General.

Reality check: Much of the current crisis is rooted in factors Biden's team has had little control over — including unprecedented global calamities that have pushed millions of migrants to the U.S., decades of congressional inaction, and the state of key agencies after the Trump administration.

Complete B.S.

Biden deliberately opened up the border, starting day one of his presidency, with executive orders. It is well documented.

Axios is trying to cover up the deliberate decisions.

BS statement of the year, from the article:

Congress passed the Fair Housing Act in 1968.

Congress has full power to regulate the housing industry under the Commerce Clause.

Congress can cap new housing unit size, set standard designs and set pricing for new housing at affordable levels. And any state can do so too.

Invaders come for the major reasons:
1. work in the construction industry,
2. reunite with family,
3. work as a criminal.

The courts won’t allow the construction industry to be shut down, but they’ll allow for price and housing unit size caps.

How Biden botched the border“

Are these people really this clueless? Nothing was “botched”, This has been planned for years. It was going to happen with the next rat President no matter who it was.

Not surprising that rat face Susan Rice emerges as a central player in Biden’s border debacle. Everything she touches turns to sh%t. Hillary was smart to hang the Benghazi disaster around her neck. Rice is an over credentialed dummy.

He did NOT “botch” it. In his campaign he said for illegals to flood the border when he was elected. They he systematically dismantled the border. Had the wall taken down as much as possible.

Quit acting like he was inept. This is deliberate DC policy. GOP wants cheap labor, Democrats want voters and to destroy our American culture.

Biden ripped open our borders with malice and forethought. Biden did not “screw up” because he is all in for ethnic replacement of Europeans.
