Congress passed the Fair Housing Act in 1968.
Congress has full power to regulate the housing industry under the Commerce Clause.
Congress can cap new housing unit size, set standard designs and set pricing for new housing at affordable levels. And any state can do so too.
Invaders come for the major reasons:
1. work in the construction industry,
2. reunite with family,
3. work as a criminal.
The courts won’t allow the construction industry to be shut down, but they’ll allow for price and housing unit size caps.
How Biden botched the border“
Are these people really this clueless? Nothing was “botched”, This has been planned for years. It was going to happen with the next rat President no matter who it was.

He did NOT “botch” it. In his campaign he said for illegals to flood the border when he was elected. They he systematically dismantled the border. Had the wall taken down as much as possible.
Quit acting like he was inept. This is deliberate DC policy. GOP wants cheap labor, Democrats want voters and to destroy our American culture.
Biden ripped open our borders with malice and forethought. Biden did not “screw up” because he is all in for ethnic replacement of Europeans.
He has botched nothing! He has done exactly what he was instructed to do by his overseers.

Well, yeah, cuz they are not free agents and are operating at the behest of the behind guys who want the border open, some to restock voters in depleted states that will lose seats, and others for the cheap labor experss, and others because they geuninely hate this nation and want to replace it with another one.
That and a Cloward-Piven tactic to ruin the country.
They gave hundreds of millions of dollars to liberal NGO's. They are the ones who arranged the caravans and did recruitment.
They got a secondary pay off when the aliens crossed the border and they cashed in on resettlement, housing, health care and every thing else.
There has been no oversite of these funds and the fraud and graft has been astronomical.
Defunding these NGOs is a must.

Laughable article. It’s one long excuse blaming the border crisis on accidents and miscommunication.
The border crisis can be blamed on one issue and one issue alone: The Democrats and the Chamber of Commerce Republicans want open borders. They have the power to force open borders down America’s throat. And that’s what they did.
Any other position is stupid and ignores 40 years of lying and duplicity on this issue by America’s ruling class.
