How can the Putin-attributed comment concerning congratulations, which must have taken place well prior to the photo below, be squared with the fact that Blinken assumed his Secretary of State position only on January 26, 2021?
Is this not proof of substantial further contact, post Putin's claimed electoral congratulations? How deep do the conflicts with putative Putin comments go versus the verifiable record? Is Putin that daft and/or deceptive? Are our legs being pulled with fakery? Are we seeing some cracks in a hoaxed narrative?
