Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When a vehicle is captured and then lost in service with its new owners, it is only added as a loss of the original operator to avoid double listings. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it's not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

βš‘οΈπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡¦ Ukraine will soon begin production of UAVs similar to the πŸ‡·πŸ‡Ί Russian "Lancet" with a range of up to 40 km. There are already combat applications, - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Fedorov

"At a range of up to 20 km, we have a large number of copters that use FPV drones, but at night it is quite difficult to find a target at a range of 20 km. We can see this from statistics. We need to hit at 40 km. Lancet-type drones "quite high-tech, and it took half a year to accelerate the market in this direction," he explained.

Fedorov added that the first contracts will be concluded in the coming weeks. They will hit the battlefield soon after.

The ruzzian Lancet has a maximum range of 40 km.

My guess is that the Ukranian X-wing drones will be resistant to EW and will target ruzzian lancet operators.

This will likely pass the Senate.

“Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) plans to strip the bipartisan border security deal from the emergency defense spending bill and bring a package funding the war in Ukraine, Israel, the Indo-Pacific region and humanitarian assistance to Ukraine and Gaza to the Senate floor Wednesday.

Senators expect the legislation to pass without the border security reforms that were unveiled Sunday and resoundingly rejected by most Senate Republicans.”

This will likely pass the Senate.

Of course, it's spending billions outside the U.S with no accountability, what senator would oppose that.

β€œOut of 64 missiles and drones, 44 were shot down.”

An increased penetration rate.

Ukraine short of ammo, Russia using new tactics, or just aiming at less defended/lower priority targets?

You are uninformed. But I’m not surprised. Most of the $60 billion will be spent to rebuild US inventories.

“Critics say border bill would send $60B to Ukraine. Here’s where it’s really going.”

“Most of the money dedicated to Ukraine, however, won’t leave the U.S. Instead, tens of billions of dollars will fill Pentagon coffers to purchase new weapons from U.S. companies to refill inventories that have been tapped to help Ukraine”

My guess is Russia is aiming at less defended/lower priority targets.

Ukraine does not have overlapping SAM coverage.

Send more Patriot batteries, more NASAMs, and more IRIS-Ts.

F-16s, when they arrive, will help fill the gaps.

Release the Falcons!

A big explosion happened near the Russian city of Izhevsk. Close to Izhevsk is the Votkinsk Machine-Building plant that produces both oil and gas, machine tools and military equipment. It is unknown what is on fire exactly but the fire can be seen from afar.

A long way from Ukraine.

Looks like Senate pulled the $20 billion for immigration. Bringing the package down to $95B from $118B.

“The Senate Appropriations Committee announced the legislative text of the more than $95 billion foreign aid package that is stripped of the border provisions.

That money includes aid to support Ukraine in its fight against Russia and security assistance for Israel, as well as humanitarian assistance for civilians in Gaza, the West Bank and Ukraine.”

My guess is a discharge petition can reach 218 votes in the House.

It will bring about a Republican civil war. But maybe its time for that.

“But Ukraine aid backers have quietly discussed an end run around House GOP leaders: while exceedingly rare, a successful 218-signature discharge petition could force a vote on a Senate-passed bill without Johnson’s approval.”

Still a high interception rate (29 of 32) of the subsonic cruise missiles. The Kh-22, Iskander and S-300 are beyond the capabilities of the air defense systems where they are targeted.
