How are they doing that, you might ask. Same way they're doing it all over the place ... watering down the entry requirements.
In this case easing the testing requirements and the written portion.
I think it’s an pretty obvious observation, but I’ll make it anyway —
If a job applicant shows up, and they seem smart, well educated, well spoken, experienced, and with a background as, say, an Eagle Scout, a church leader, or similar evidence of moral uprightness — then I suspect a LOT of government offices would not be interested. A bit too risky.
But if the job applicant shows up as an aggrieved activist who has never done anything, never been successful, and seems willing to bend or break any rules at all to get what they thing they deserve — then I suspect that would be a quick hire. They will follow orders. Any orders.
