(Note: that same ballotpedia source lists much longer deadlines (into August) for “Independent” party candidates)

There’s probably a loophole for emergency situations like incapacitation/death. If there isn’t, the Democrats will backdate one.

How does one get around the fact that most state have filing deadlines that either (a) have already passed; or (b) will pass before the end of March?,
The switcharoo will be done at the Democratic convention, that way she (he) wont have to campaign and let people see how much she (he) hates this country (especially crackas).

Are those primary deadlines?
General election deadlines are much later?

How does one get around the fact that most state have filing deadlines that either (a) have already passed; or (b) will pass before the end of March? It's the Demonic Party...

The DNC long changed the rules to allow East substitution of a candidate at the convention. The difference here is that it won’t be a true unforseen medical incapacity but a cynical planned coup substitution

How does one get around the fact that most state have filing deadlines... All have provisions for replacing a nominated candidate who is unable to proceed forward with the nomination.

“most state have filing deadlines “
I asked the same question re the GOP ticket — whatif everyone dropped out and threw support to Trump, then something happened that Trump couldn’t run. Someone said that a candidate can be confirmed at the Convention.

How does one get around the fact that most state have filing deadlines that either (a) have already passed; or (b) will pass before the end of March? Same BLM and Antifa get to loot and burn cities with no consequences while J6ers languish years in jail. Same reason Biden gets to ignore SCOTUS rulings. Democrats are not held to the same standard of law. If Moochelle wants on the ballot, something like an official deadline will not stop her.

The courts will “allow” a substitution and count all Biden/Harris ballots as “Obama/?”.
See a previous NJ Senate race.

I personally do NOT think she is going to run, but getting around the deadlines is not a problem.
Biden gets to accumulate the delegates. The delegates themselves will largely be Obama minions. Biden is made to drop out. The delegates are free to vote for whomever they wish at the convention.
You wait for May or later so that the replacement is fresh and unscrutinized, and will not have had to deal with the hassle of primaries.
