How does one get around the fact that most state have filing deadlines that either (a) have already passed; or (b) will pass before the end of March?

Same BLM and Antifa get to loot and burn cities with no consequences while J6ers languish years in jail. Same reason Biden gets to ignore SCOTUS rulings. Democrats are not held to the same standard of law. If Moochelle wants on the ballot, something like an official deadline will not stop her.
