The good news—you have a solid understanding of New Hampshire primary law and procedure.
The bad news—there are precincts in a couple of NH cities where cheating Democrats can do whatever they want—with the help of Democratic election workers. It sounds like this woman is going to try to cheat—any which way she can.

not from what i’ve read on numerous news sites ... others here have confirmed the accuracy of what i’ve outlined ... the only caveat is that it IS possible to register prior to voting IF one is not currently registered at all AND provides required documentation ...
