The link you posted is for a question submitted to the European Parliament in 2012, which has apparently never had an answer. It starts out like this: " According to an Italian blogger," which means it is not a credible source.

Who are these unnamed experts?

How did they collect air samples from contrails tens of thousands of feet up?

Where is the published study?

I'm going to say that since this question has not been answered in 22 years, the European Parliament did not deem it a serious question to answer.

Seriously, any blogger can say anything. Where is the real proof?
