Given that Obama already violated this, why does the author believe it will be enforced in the future?

so if some one commits an act against our constitution we just throw out that part? oh well that part can’t be enforced ever again? kinda stupid way to look at a country’s documents.

Sure obama will face judgement, if not soon, eventually he answers to the God who our Founders relied heavily on when they crafted the document Obama ignored.

The problem isn’t in the law, really. It is with the person(s) certifying the eligibility of the candidate. In Obama’s case that person was Nancy Pelosi as the head of the Democrat Party, IIRC. She just signed off on him and that was that.
