That is because white is just a color.

But Black and Brown are the names of recognized cultures; sacred cultures at that.

To know if you are a member of a Black or Brown culture, look at your skin. That is determinative - this according to liberal dogma which has captured so many organizations including Delta.

Forget about that old saw “content of character.” If you are Black or Brown you are a member of the democrat plantation; and you can't check out of the democrat plantation.

Every large corporation has a “style manual” detailing things like font usage, logo size and placement, etc. So putting this in writing isn’t so shocking but I do agree if you are going to put people’s ethnicity in caps, may as well also capitalize white.

In James’ Joyce’s Ulysses, he deliberately spelled Jew with lower case “jew” - it was an artistic decision (not a derogatory choice) to signify how small Jewish people felt, and were regarded, in and by the majority in Ireland at the time of World War One. I don’t think this is an artistic choice by Delta.

Delta Airlines got my family and me home from Dallas, where we were stranded during the Great Airplane Strike of 1966 while trying to get back to California from Germany.

At the time, Delta was mainly a regional airline serving mostly the South (the name probably was inspired by the Mississippi Delta). Its advertisements emphasized "Southern hospitality." But that was a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.
