Trump has now won the Iowa Caucuses, and he won big.
Let’s look at some reactions. One of the great things about Twitter/X is that it happens in real time, so we are going to focus on reactions from just within the last hour or so.
Take a look below.

Brick Suit Guy!
Congratulations to Trump on a decisive victory.
That’s what I meant, yes.
Everybody who knew about this took note of him sitting on the beach while nobody else could and using state troops to keep it that way.
I think that was his moment that discredited him completely.
Hey, thanks for burning the midnight oil to bring us all these sweet articles on President Trump’s Iowa victory!
Vivek is a great debater. He is glib in the way that the British liked their PMs in Parliament, and that very few US pols can match. He is rather like a young Winston Churchill that way (that way only).
I’d love to see him get a cabinet position. He’d be asset, I think.
Chris Christie later on: “I’ma gonna tuck my arms and legs and roll over you for that.”
I agree, but it’s just not a good quality to me, from experience. The most glib politicians are often the least invested in their positions. It’s easy to take positions when there is no price for those positions.
Especially if he gets to talk to the press alot. Enjoyed watching him take it to them.
You’re welcome!...................
I am so happy.
He was great in that regard. Being Trump’s Press Secretary would be entertaining.
All politicians everywhere from Alcibiades on are likely to be this way (or seem to be).
History should be your guide. People don’t change, just their circumstances. And that, BTW, is a fundamental tenet of conservatism.
NB - Churchill was a glib young man, a flip-flopper and party changer. A “Vivek” indeed. Later, not so much.
Buckley ran for office, Rush was wise, They were ‘glib’?
“smooth talking”
respect for you before. now , not so much.
YOU’RE WELCOME....

I’m glad you are impressed with Vivek, I am not.
He came out of nowhere and spoke perfect positions to the conservative. Who funded his campaign? Who approved an unknown politician getting so much tv time.
If I’m wrong, I would be most happy to him part of the cabinet. The only politicians that I’m aware of to move so quickly had unsavory behind him.
I would love to be wrong, but there haven’t been many times where I have been wrong on this issue. Politicians that come from nowhere with money and glibness cannot be trusted.
That’s fine.
My response was with another poster that said they were glib.
My position was only with Vivek, but somebody who obviously was a supporter of Vivek’s and impressed by him and probably voted for him were the one that brought Rush and Buckley out.
