Georgia State Senators introduced a bill to remove Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger from the State Election Board, and grant the board authority to investigate him and his office for election law violations.

One, since Kemp cannot run for reelection he is not beholden to the voters and therefore needs to only please the “powers that be”. He has his eye on whatever position has been promised to him after this term. Next, I suspect any proposed legislation will be delayed in committee and never advance to a full vote. All the representatives have their future to consider.

While Jody Hice didn’t do much as far as campaigning, one would have thought anyone could have beat Raffensberger. Rafffensberger was polling in the 20s and somehow, on Election Day, defied the odds to pull out a win.
Folks talk about Walker, Perdue, Hice being a lousy candidates. They weren’t that lousy.
The Machine needed warnock so Warnock won.
The Machine needed Kemp and Raffensberger so they won. Those two are doing the bidding of the Machine and can do it easier than Abrams and whoever ran against Raffensberger could, because they have little opposition from state Republicans. Abrams would have to fight tooth and nail against a solid Republican majority.
But Kemp is doing his best to tilt the demographics. Georgia will soon be solid Purple, with statewide office going to Democrats, and the rest being Republican. It’ll start looking like Wisconsin. Which is exactly what the Machine wants.
And Rafdemsbergernisnteying to push RCV and winners only need a plurality, instead of 50+%, to win. He says it’ll save money wasted on run offs.

Georgia uses 100% paper ballots.
The voting machines print out a paper ballot, the voter then can check the paper ballot to make sure the ballot reflects the voter’s selections.
The ballot is then run through a scanner to tabulate the votes.
There is an audit of voting machines after every election. In 2020 the audit consisted of a statewide hand recount of every ballot in Presidential Election. Trump still lost.
There was a machine recount of every ballot, this recount performed after the hand recount, Trump still lost.
A lot nonsense about Dominion voting machines, ballots scanned twice, etc. The real problem was Democratic ballot harvesting.
The ballots got into the system early on. The initial vote count, and the hand recount, and then the machine recount all produced similar results.
Lots of folks want rid of the machines.
Spaulding Cty wanted to go straight paper ballots and had actually set aside the money for it.
They got overruled.
Raffensberger said it would take about 6 months to replace the machines. That statement was made about 4 months ago. Ergo, every machine would be replaced some time this spring, months before November.
It’s amazing how we all know of the nefarious forces at play….and no, we DO NOT need definitive-black and white proof anymore-theres enough smoke….they do it right in front of our faces and we keep electing the same clowns at the county and state level that just go right along with all of the fraud.

If the Georgia State police cannot (or will not) protect Kemp, it is unlikely that Trump can do better.
Kemp is not going to "grow a set now". He made a deal with devils and is paying for it.
I recall the security video of unmarked suitcases of ballots being pulled out from under tables in Atlanta after the Republican poll watches had been ejected due to a "water main leak" in the building.
There were credible reports of pre-printed sheets of ballots delivered to other counting centers and mixed in with real voter ballots. And there were lots of precincts with unusually high "voter turnouts".
That "election" was as crooked as a dog's hind leg.

The impeachment of Crime Boss Joey - which by these standards has amounted to nothing - has brought many people to the understanding that he is a Manchurian candidate that is a common street thug. This is why his approval is at record low numbers.
Yet all that has really happened is a vote to someday vote on impeaching Joey.
It is entirely fair and accurate to say that Crime Boss Joey and the Biden Crime Family are losing BIGLY in the court of public opinion where the rodents can’t intimidate judges or witnesses or pick a Soros DA or destroy evidence.
The best thing that can happen in Georgia IS a long drawn out investigation of Raffensberger that will force him to ignore it - bad choice - or force him to testify - much worse choice.
This is not 2019 anymore. In the states where Republicans control the legislature things like this can bring much damage to the rodents - even with a rino governor trying to help them.
As in all of the swing states, the groundwork for fraud took place long before Election Day (month) when
1) registration lists were purposely left dirty - including tens of thousands of voters not eligible to vote in the state or district.
2) unrequested “mail in” ballots were illegally mailed out to bad addresses, knowing they would be returned to post offices as undeliverable.
3) postal workers colluded with Democrat election workers to return undeliverable “mail in” ballots and redirect them through clearing houses where they were completed for Biden an trafficked through lock boxes.
4) signature and other ID verifications were waived, both legally and illegally.
5) illegal ballots were “laundered” through machines by separating envelopes and postal marks from ballots, and thus destroying any audit trail.
The machines did not change votes with some algorithm - but they served the purpose of “laundering” the counterfeit ballots.
The result was that massive fraud could be proved to exist by looking at the envelopes and postal marks - but there was no way to measure the effect of the fraud on the results.
For example, even if you could show forensically that 10,000 invalid ballots were scanned in and counted that should not have been, there was no way to tell which of the digital records were the illegal ones.
The only recourse was for the state legislature or the courts to rule the entire precinct result uncertifiable, and do the election over, and no one was willing to do that.
The bottom line is that the audit trail was purposely destroyed - there is no way to audit it. It’s exactly like laundering stolen money. Once money has been successfully laundered, there is no audit trail - no serial number - no transaction code - no forensic markers - associated with the bills.
You simply can’t prove it’s the stolen money once it’s been successfully laundered. You can prove money was stolen - but not who stole it.
At the end of the last election, I stated that the STATES will have to clean up their elections. This is a beginning step to make that happen. Similar steps are needed in other states as well.
However, I don’t think that this case will have the clean up effect as it is not enough time between now an the 2024 election.
this is more about the 24 than 20 I would guess. Little has happened to stop these bozos from doing it all over again. So this could be a start.
Gotta start somewhere, lets hope there is enough straight people to carry the ball all the way.
