To nitwit Biden, it's always somebody else's fault, as when he was forced out of the race b/c of his stupidity. In September 1987, Biden announced he was dropping out of the presidential race for ignorantly uttering words as his own that he had plagiarized.

Stupid Bidumb was flying high, on his way to the presidency, when he was exposed as a lowlife plagiarist. Biden’s aggressive body language (above) suggests he's miffed. It's somebody else’s fault that he is a plagiarist.
