The Supreme Court will develop a standard for “Presidential Immunity” that, while not necessarily helping Trump, will demolish this defense for Biden, Obama and Clinton when their turns come. Meanwhile a trial will allow Trump to introduce the real evidence of fraud and foreign interference that all the other cases weren’t able to reveal due to rulings on “lack of standing”. Trump WANTS a trial on J6. He just needs to first knock out the potential “immunity” defense for his predecessors. Personal opinion, of course.
