Since his appointment has no legal grounds, everything he has done was as a civilian. There is NO Qualified Immunity for civilians in America.
As a civilian, every action he has taken was in Illegal Act and he has NO Immunity from anything.

I agree. This illegally placed ‘independent council has acted within Florida. Since his position is outside the law, he should be held accountable.
