...The opinion is remarkable in how the four justices adopted the most sweeping interpretations to get over each barrier. The result is lack of a limiting principle. I view the opinion as strikingly anti-democratic in what it now allows states to do in blue and red states alike.

I disagree. There will be no “tit” in response to the “tat”. For one thing, the GOP doesn’t have the b....backbone to act in such a manner and bring such a case. For another, judges would only rule one way in any court filing. “Yea” for Democrats. “No standing” for Republicans.

Why are so many so blind to what is happening? This illegitimate “court” cares not one bit about the law or justice, only about contriving whatever absurd rationale they need to obtain the political result they personally desire. And this lawlessness is spreading like a cancer throughout government at all levels. They’re now just dictating to us and daring us to do anything about it. Lawless, arrogant bullies.

This behavior is just a proxy for actual kinetic civil war. They’re achieving all of the goals of a war, just without the “messiness.” And so far they’re getting away with it because, like the schoolyard bully, they’ve made the calculation that we won’t finally say “enough!” and punch them in the nose. Anyone who believes that this is some passing “phase” that will just go back to normal with a little discussion or “voting” is delusional. We are on an express train to hell unless a large portion of the populace gets a dose of clarity about things and finally opposes these evil vermin with physical force. Think: Israel vs. Hamas. The Left is every bit as evil and dangerous as Hamas, and will similarly NEVER be defeated through talk and corrupt “voting.” We absolutely CANNOT coexist with them, period.

We live in a nation that was not formed by talking with the despotic King. We should know better, and we were warned by our forebears what it would take to preserve our precious inheritance. Time for people to get real about that and stop living in a fantasy world.

Better yet, since the legal standard now is just baseless assertion, we should declare that all dem officials responsible for the ongoing border invasion are guilty of treason and hang them. The dems have opened my eyes to how silly that whole “due process” thing was. Time to make them live (or not) by their rules.

This is a done deal. The only way Trump comes back is behind a USMC expeditionary unit and I’m not sure we are quite that far along yet.
