The people at the top have arranged for their own banking and investment safe harbors, family and friends safe havens, reliable resources for extended duration.

The timimg of the event will depend upon who Trump picks as his VP.
IF Trump picks the CIA choice for VP, they will JFK him and Deep State will retain control.
They did the same with Reagan by putting Bush, former director of the CIA as his VP.
Trump is known for picking CIA people... Bill Barr, Mike Pompeo,....
If Trump picks a non CIA VP, the event will be soon. If he picks a CIA choice, they will wait to JFK him.

A healthy RED CHINESE EMP attack is probably going to be the reason for 2024 being eligible to be stolen by the Dung Beetles. They convince the obnoxious and ignorant watching CNN that the EMP screwed up all the voting machines so their election mammas fresh off the lawsuit circuit will have to estimate the number of ballots they think each candidate received.

If cyberattack is a big concern, I guess we’ll need to go with real paper ballots cast and counted on election day, with all voters showing proof of identity/address, and getting their thumbs dyed to prevent multi-voting. No early voting. No electronic voting. No drop boxes.
