Amanda Blanc, the chief executive of Aviva, has said all senior white male recruits must get final sign-off from her as part of a diversity drive to stamp out sexism in the financial services industry.
This smug witch needs suing for discrimination.

I think it was designer Gore Vidal who insisted his all male flight crew wear only boxer style briefs under their uniform. Then he fired a pilot for being too old and was sued for descrimination. Don’t recall if the suit was successful.
