Yes. It’s just common sense. Unfortunately, most states have made that almost impossible. Those states have passed laws making it difficult to discipline “special education” students. And so those students are allowed to do pretty much whatever they want.

Now here’s the interesting thing about special ed students. Some are truly mentally or emotionally disabled, and need consideration. But many more just game the system. They know they are “protected”, and so they act out without any restraint.

And some of those kids are not even disabled in the first place! They have no mental disabilities, but they failed the intelligence tests - on purpose. Why do that? It’s because parents of special ed students get a monthly check from the state.

It truly is a messed up system. And probably messed up beyond repair.
