If you are not afraid of a 60 pound dog snarling at you you, and then charging you, haven’t been bitten. Have you ever had to take Rabies shots? I have.
Yeah, I don’t have much sympathy, neither do I condone cruelty to animals.
As a matter of fact I have had to take the rabies series in the belly due to a kitten that died.
Anyone would be afraid of a big dog chasing them. It happens when I’m on my bicycle sometimes. I haven’t been bit on the bike though. I have been bit by small and large family dogs in their owner’s home and have the scars to prove it.
All of this is completely out of context and irrelevant. The point is strays should be caught and treated with respect.
If we used your logic we should just go to all the homeless camps and shoot them on the spot.
