I don’t want the police suffocating people by crushing them with their knee. That didn't happen, so you're in luck.

Not one peep about an investigation into where St. George got the counterfeit $20 he passed at Cup Foods, that started this whole thing.
How long had he been floating these bogus bills around town, how many were found in his car, home (wherever that was), etc.

I quit listening to Hannity when he was still just a local talk radio guy here in ATL. I really don’t understand his success.

I do not believe that the level of drugs in his blood was every revealed. Floyd was a dead man by his own hand, having swallowed his stash, and he thought he was headed to the hospitap for a pump and a bump. He was wrong. His arrest took too long.
Remeber.....floyd died in the hospital, not of asphyxia, but of a drug overdose.
THE TRUTH MUST COME OUT !
There are innocent LEOs serving time over this crap!

What I said in January still applies. The lawyers are flirting with something less than due diligence, as there is an avenue of appeal that would free Chauvin.
"Your Honor, I now call the owner of the El Nuevo Rodeo club in Minneapolis, Maya Santamaria, to the stand." - "Maam, did you not tell KSTP that Mr. Chauvin and Big Gorge "both worked security for your club "El Nuevo Rodeo" all the way up to the end of 2019"?
- "Maam, did you give this quote to the media?": "Chauvin was our off-duty police for almost the entirety of the 17 years that we were open," Santamaria said. "They were working together at the same time, it's just that Chauvin worked outside and the security guards were inside...the two overlapped working security on popular music nights within the last year..."
"My friend sent me (the video) and said this is your guy who used to work for you and I said, 'It's not him.' And then they did the closeup and that's when I said, 'Oh my God, that's him,'" Santamaria said. "I didn't recognize George as one of our security guys because he looked really different lying there like that."
"Your Honor. Under Minnesota Statute 609.195, Murder3 requires
"depraved heart", yet these 2 men
knew each other; it is factually not possible that they did not know each other.
Your Honor, no previous Minnesota Murder3 conviction has ever stood on appeal, when there was any evidence that the assailant knew the victim. Therefore, I ask this Court to immediately vacate the original verdict on the Murder3 count and order a retrial; or in the alternate, I ask this Court to immediately fully endorse a writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court on these grounds giving rise to habeus corpus."
Again, since Chauvin knew Big Gorge from working together at El Nuevo Rodeo club, he can't be guilty of Murder3; and if he's not guilty of Murder3, he's not guilty of Murder2.
That leaves the Manslaughter2 conviction, for which he would serve 6 years and 121 days, max. That would leave about 5 years on his sentence, and had Big Gorge served the entirety of his sentences, we wouldn't even be reading about this mishigas.
But no, let's keep hearing about these mis-directed appeals for some inexplicable reason. It is too much like these 'lawyers' representing J6 defendants who never once pled Invitation as an absolute defense to Federal Trespass.
