My partners and I have been lifetime data scientists. We own the digital ID of every mobile device/computer in the U.S. and have indexed and archived every IP address in the world. How is this even possible? Where would one obtain such a list?

How is this even possible? Where would one obtain such a list? Remember the movie 2000 Mules? They bought the tracking info from the cell phone companies. This is essentially the same thing. Brilliant idea to track the bad actors using cell phone data, not that I expect anything to come of it.

The key word there is “own.” In this context it would appear to mean that they have data on what they think is nearly all public (and maybe some private) IP addresses.
