During the summer there’s a lot of tour buses that go up to DC, I know several drivers, my next door neighbor is a driver professionally for many kinds of coaches.

Those drivers get hassled when they’re inside DC boundaries by the DC police there’s no place for them park, they get ticketed they get hounded and perhaps they just didn’t want to go down to DC with busloads of people and suffer through the harassment by the metro police.

BTW Virginia is a right to work state, these probably aren’t union drivers.
