Card had recently reported experiencing mental health issues, including hearing voices and making threats to carry out a shooting at the National Guard Base in Saco. This is the most infuriating part in all of this - he needed to be in a locked facility b/c he was a danger to the public, which indeed turned out to be true.
So sorry for the families involved in this tragedy.

The way I understand it most Psycho Docs are liberals and refuse to report crazy gun owners to the ATF as to purposely f up the system. If this is the case here then I consider it criminal act to not report him.
