Seems to me she didn’t admit to “knowingly and willfully” doing anything, so no confession of violating the law.

Looks like she’s just trying to throw all the other lawyers under the bus.

Am I wrong here?

What did they threaten her with to get the plea?

The problem with Turley's argument is that if she didn't do due diligence to know that she was given false information by other attorney's statements, how does she know that the other attorney's evidence was false? If she didn't do due diligence how has she come to know that the evidence other attorney's evidence was false?

Her testimony does nothing to the BS case & Turley knows it.

falsity and facilitated the crime.

So, what happens if/when Pres Trump proves that felons and dead people voted in Georgia?

Because for damned sure, neither Kemp, Raffensberger, nor Carr are going to admit to being part of the scam.

she was allegedly one of trump’s attorneys. attorney client privilege exists between her and trump (yes?) to my understanding with a possible exception for criminal wrongdoing.

the piercing of attorney client privilege must be made difficult, or else no client can be assured of any privilege with any lawyer. how can smith pierce trump’s attorney client privilege with ellis? what criminal wrongdoing by trump has already gone to court and trump already adjudged guilty? or is that still be decided somewhere, somehow?

She spent all of 12/2020 saying the fraud was obvious, explicit, and numerous.

Jenna Ellis will pay a small fine, serve 100 hours of community service and then according to GA law, as a "first time offender", she will be exonerated of any wrong doing and her record will be wiped clean.

All the prosecution got in return was for her to agree that she will "tell the truth".

Turley isn't right. The deal is not "ominous".The deal shows that the prosecution has nothing and that the case is bogus.

“ I believed that challenging the results on behalf of President Trump should be pursued in a just and legal way. I endeavored to represent my client to the best of my ability…What I did not do, but I should, was make sure the facts that the other lawyers alleged to be true were in fact true. In the frenetic pace of attempting to raise challenges to the election in several states, including Georgia, I failed to do my due diligence.”

These negotiated pleas don’t mean anything. Nome of the three are going to jail for even a day. The only real penalty is paying a very small fine.

In 3-5 years their records will be completely cleared.

Fanni didn’t have a case, but a 5-figure fine or going to trial is strictly a business decision. Saves these three people probably at least $100,000 each.

These are perfect examples of why some people plead guilty for crimes they didn’t commit.

It’s just a game and everyone who knows how the judicial system knows it.

Fanni was desperate to avoid going to trial.

She never impressed me favorably.

I thought those appearances on TV looked like something a high school senior would do.....a string of cliches with no meat.

In short, an air head.

I never understood Trump choosing her.

So complaining about obvious election irregularities (that are being ignored by the Soros crew) is illegal RICO but the fake Russia Russia Russia dossier with assistance of the FBI, CIA, judges, and apparently a sizable amount of our elected officials is ok????

“The question is now whether Ellis will implicate Trump in this conspiracy.

Those many affidavits that people signed across the country, swearing to witnessing election fraud, seems to be completely forgotten.

When Trump said the election was fraudulent, that is not a conspiracy, can never be defined as a conspiracy in a court of law. I suppose from now on, a lawyer defending a client in court can be charged with conspiracy.

Ellis is a nutcase.
