Is DeSantis guranteed something the rest of us are not? I know he is the 8th Day Creation and all, but still.
Everyone is subject to any number of obstacles to finishing a campaign, including meeting their Maker. It’s pure folly not be have a plan B, no matter who the presumed nominee is. The runner-up should be the next best choice, but many of the Trump zealots prefer to trash DeSantis despite his conservative and governing credentials that most here used to have some degree of respect for.
Please refrain from the same old song about RDS being a backstabber and all that never-ending vitriol. Pres. Trump was definitely owed the election he was cheated out of. He is not owed a presidency until he acquires one. Just as Gov. DeSantis, who probably would’ve won this year’s nomination if Trump had had his second term, isn’t owed the spot.

DeSantis doesn’t really have conservative governing credentials. He voted for TPP, which would have ended American sovereingty, he voted to make Puerto Rico a state which would have guranteed democrat control of the government forever, he is big friends with Paul Ryan, he has the full support of Murdoch, a Trump-hating, MAGA-hating foreinger. And all that before I have to get to the back stabbing character of the little twerp.
Actually it is the American people who are owed another Trump term because they voted him in office twice.
