My husband & I have 2 cats & a dog. All foundlings/rescues. I truly would not think much of a man who didn’t love dogs. Animals being joy & life.
When I was 10 I leaned down to kiss the neighbors doxxen. He tore my left cheek wide open. Rushed to the hospital & received over 40 stitches. Life happens. I have no fear of dogs.
Thats cause you ain’t a wuss
I've been bit 3 times in My 65+ years: 5 years old by neighbors German Shepherd on right arm while I was in My sandbox in My yard, he was eating his dinner in his yard and I looked at him and he was headed for My face and I blocked him with My arm. I guess he thought I was going to steal his food. Still have the 1 tooth hole scar at My elbow.
By My Doberman when I pulled him out from under the car that ran over him and when he came back to consciousness he bit My hand.
A friends Dog that I had known for years and I was laying on My Fiancé's lap on the floor at their house and She was in Her period. He came over and clamped down on My nose. I pried him off and the only reason I didn't snap his neck was I knew why he did it.
Other than Razor Tooth Puppy bites while playing with them that's it. I still have owned dozens of Dogs over the years. Big ones Dobies/Cane Corso Mastiffs, Sheppards. 99% of little Dogs have what I call the "Napoleon/hitler syndrome" because they are so small.
Give Me a Dog over 98% of humans any day.
