A “good leader” has no interest in a legislative body like the U.S. Senate. That’s why senators make the worst presidential candidates and the absolute worst presidents.

That more than 2 to 1 Republican majority in the Florida State Legislature had nothing to do with his success. His "leadership" is signing those Bills, and that's more important than the actual people who gave him the opportunity to do that.
