I am not a thermonnuclear engineer.
I used to watch too much TV, and I still love movies

Burned shells of cars. My expectation>the fuel would ignite and the gas tank explode. Yet, the truck lid/back of car remained intact.
That’s weird

Military years, I’ve seen demos of burned-up cars (fuel), but you don’t see intense melting like some of these Hawaii vehicles (trail of melted aluminum from the vehicle to say ten feet away). Either there’s a horrific amount of wind, or there’s some weird science going on here.
