Military years, I’ve seen demos of burned-up cars (fuel), but you don’t see intense melting like some of these Hawaii vehicles (trail of melted aluminum from the vehicle to say ten feet away). Either there’s a horrific amount of wind, or there’s some weird science going on here.

I haven’t seen it yet, but I expect the wind had something to do with it.

I don’t rule out malfeasance though. Never again will I rule that out with this government of Lefists.

brush fire -> gas tank overheating -> gas tank explosion -> gasoline aerosol

+

high wind funneled around and under automobiles -> venturi effect -> much more than usual oxygen for fire -> bellows effect on fire -> higher temperature fire
